A POPULAR Limerick pub sold at auction last month.
The Track Bar in Garryowen was put up for auction in December, and auctioneers O’Connor Murphy reported high interest.
According to the auction portal that sold the property, one buyer paid €200,000 for the pub.
After a game, Treaty United fans flocked to the pub, where Dolores McNamara learnt she had won the €115 million EuroMillions jackpot.
Dolores checked her winning ticket at the Track Bar with her family and friends to celebrate her life-changing prize.
The tavern was regularly packed with soccer fans or individuals looking for a drink after a night at the hounds.
The property features a licenced pub and a four-bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and balcony on the first floor.
The main bar has an open plan layout, a solid oak bar, a solid fuel burner, and all the usual fixtures and fittings.The second lounge room has a darts area, solid mahogany bar, and its own facilities.
In spite of the Covid-19 restrictions, regulars were only recently informed that the pub was for sale.
