Water is the best drink for you. It helps maintain healthy pH, flushes out toxins, keeps the metabolism active, etc. You must drink at least 3–4 liters of water every day.

Switch To Whole Foods

Selena Gomez used to eat fast food, fries, burgers, peanut butter cups, etc. Selena switched to whole foods after Amy took over her diet and workout routine.
