Dance Practice

All of the group’s dancers practise virtually every day, with each class lasting up to two hours, and they often have multiple classes in a single day.

One of the reasons why no Kpop idol ever gets out of shape is because of all the dancing they perform, which burns a lot of calories for each of them.

Flying Yoga

To stay in shape and healthy, Jennie announced in 2017 that she started performing flying yoga, as evidenced by the photo below, which she shared on Instagram in 2018.

Jisoo and Jennie began practising flying yoga together and found it to be really beneficial.

If you’re unfamiliar with flying yoga, it’s a form of yoga practised on silk sheets with straps attached to them. It’s a great way to keep a trim physique while also increasing your range of motion.

Pilates

Jennie began practising Pilates last year. Her pilates workout may be seen on the pilates machine in her Instagram image.

In fact, Jennie continued her Pilates regimen even while performing with BlackPink. Jennie has cut back on her attendance at flying yoga classes and now only attends the Pilates sessions.

Pilates is a fantastic training plan that focuses on strengthening your core and lower body. It’s also a terrific way to build strength and flexibility in every region of your body.

They include crunches on the wall, side crunches on the wall, a child’s stance and leg circles as well as leg lifts on the side of the body.

Jennie and other BlackPink members aren’t concerned about what they consume when it comes to their diets.
