So, after doing some research into Jacob Bertrand’s training programme, I came across an article from Muscle & Fitness in which he was interviewed. When asked about his preparation for Cobra Kai, Jacob Bertrand stated that he trains for around an hour every day, which includes choreography or, to put it another way, stunt training. Light cardio & Stretching

Starting our workout with some light cardio, you can do anything moderate like 10-15 minutes of jogging at 6-9kmph speed, 10-15 minutes of hydro-rowing, cycling, jumping rope, or any other activity that is modest in difficulty. After you have completed your cardio and have warmed up your body, we will move on to stretching exercises. Before beginning the HIIT workout, spend at least 10-15 minutes stretching your entire body out of the way.
