His diet is high in nutrients and low in fat because he eats grains, vegetables, fruit, and a small amount of milk and meat products.

When it comes to fat, he is very picky. Because the fats in butter, cream, egg yolks, palm oil, and coconut oil raise the level of cholesterol in his blood, he doesn’t eat too much of these foods. Instead, he chooses monounsaturated fats like olive, canola, and peanut oils, or polyunsaturated fats like safflower, sunflower, and com oils. Mono- and polyunsaturated oils, which he chose, tend to lower the amount of cholesterol in the blood, which could help lower the risk of heart disease.

He eats food that doesn’t have much fat. These are foods with less saturated fat, which is what most Normans like to eat. Less saturated fats are found in things like fish, chicken without the skin, low-fat milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, olive, peanut, sunflower, safflower, corn, and canola oils.
