Goku Workout

The Goku Workout has at long last been released.

We already have a Saiyan Path in our Academy, which also happens to be my personal favorite path; however, the time has come for the rest of The SHJ Army to get some Saiyan routines as well.

That was intended to be in the plural form.

There is going to be more than one Saiyan here. Maybe not all of them this week, but I promise that we’ll get to them eventually.

Goku Workout

Goku actually isn’t that tall.

When compared to other celebrities that have been featured on SHJ, he would fall somewhere in the range of the shorter ones.

At 5 feet and 3 inches, Wolverine is the comic character that takes the cake for having the shortest height, but Damian Wayne is only an inch taller. One-Punch Man comes in at number two on the list with a height of 5 feet 9 inches, followed by Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow at approximately 5 feet 11 inches, and Beast joining them.

They are followed immediately by Aquaman and Punisher, who is only an inch or two taller than them.

When it comes to height, we’ve had Superman at 6’3, Captain America, Scorpion, and Batman at 6’2, Thor and Cyborg towering over them at 6’6, Thanos right there with them at 6’7, and Deathstroke right below them at 6’5.

The Goku Training Routine

The Goku Workout has at long last been released.

After a long wait, it is finally here.

Let’s begin with the most powerful of the bunch, shall we?

Goku Stats: Height: 5’9

Weight: 185-200 lbs

Real Name: Kakarot

Abilities: You Bet!

In reality, Goku is not all that tall.

And of course, the Hulk is right up there with Thor, Kratos, Thanos, and Cyborg; in fact, he is sometimes portrayed as being much taller than any of those other characters.

At 7 feet and 2 inches, All Might is the tallest of the Avengers, with the exception of when The Hulk towers over him.

However, you shouldn’t be concerned if you don’t fall within the same height or weight range as the other person.

We intend for these exercises to be utilized by anyone and everyone, so we write them down.

Goku Workout Routine Research

I break down Goku’s abilities and powers so we know why and how to make the routine.

Goku is a Saiyan from Planet Vegeta, so his backstory isn’t necessary. Because he’s not human, he can become Super Saiyan.

Superpowers.
Master Roshi taught him to move boulders as a child. He could destroy whole buildings as a Great Ape. He’s trained throughout Dragon Ball Z and Super, suggesting his physical strength has improved. As Super Saiyan God, he could create universe-wide shockwaves.

Energiemanipulation.
Goku can use ki for various techniques. Goku learned the Kamehameha after watching Master Roshi extinguish a flaming mountain. Since then, he’s learned other techniques from others, including the Spirit Bomb, which absorbs energy from its surroundings to form a ball of ki, from King Kai, the Evil Containment Wave, which can trap a victim in a container, from Roshi, and Hakai, which erases an opponent from existence, after seeing Beerus use it.

Lightning-fast.
Goku is a faster-than-light martial artist, like many Dragon Ball Super fighters. He moves faster than the human eye can see. Since Dyspo is FTL, Goku must be fast or have high reaction times to keep up. Even at the beginning of Dragon Ball, he could dodge bullets from a small handgun, though it’s unclear how.

Flight.
Goku can fly FTL with his ki.

Portal-building.
Goku should be able to create portals by shouting, like Gotenks and Super Buu.

Telepathy.
Goku can read and project minds. His teacher is unknown.
Goku can travel across universes using Instant Transmission, which he learned from the Yards.

Regeneration.
Goku’s superhuman healing was shown when his heart restarted after King Piccolo stopped it. Battle of the Gods was the first time we saw regeneration thanks to the Super Saiyan God transformation. Beerus pounded SSJG Goku’s abdomen, and the injury disappeared with no scar tissue.
Goku’s durability has grown throughout the series. Since Dragon Ball, he’s endured physical and energy attacks from increasingly powerful opponents and even a small amount of God of Destruction energy for several seconds.
Goku can defend and attack instinctively with Ultra Instinct.

Transformation.
Goku has transformed since the Great Ape to increase his battle power. He became Super Saiyan during the Frieza Saga. He reached Super Saiyan 2 and 3 between Cell and Buu. During Battle of the Gods, he became Super Saiyan God and later Super Saiyan Blue. In the Tournament of Power, he reached Ultra Instinct Omen, which let him dodge and defend without conscious thought, and Completed Ultra Instinct, which let him use both the offensive and defensive aspects of the form.
