Gareth Frank Bale was born in Cardiff, Wales, on July 16, 1989. He is the son of an operations manager and a school caregiver. Frank Bale is his father’s name, and Debbie Bale is his mother’s. Chris Pike, his uncle, is also a footballer who plays for Cardiff City. Vicky, his younger sister, is his only sibling.
Education and Personal life
Whitchurch High School was his alma mater. He was a very sporty kid at school, participating in rugby and hockey in addition to football. In the 100-meter dash, he set a new world record of 11.4 seconds. As a result, he was only allowed to use his left foot and play one-touch football. Southampton saw his potential and recruited him to train at the Bath satellite academy.
He started training for Southampton when he was only 14 years old. He had already helped his team win the Cardiff & Vale Senior Cup for the under-18 category by the time he turned 16. In the summer of 2005, he graduated from high school with an A in physical education and the PE Department’s prize for sportsmanship. He officially joined Southampton and became the club’s second-youngest member in history.
