Drake is an amazing singer and songwriter, but others call him an average singer who hires other songwriters. Girls dig Drake, but guys and even girls hate him for being that way.
Drake has fans, but many artists dislike his music. It’s not about his music today, but his recent abs and body pics. Some say Photoshop, others say he used surgery. He has real abs and works out. Let’s see what he eats and does.
Drake Workout Routine
Their workout routine of Drake is not my favorite one because, as far as I can tell, he does not focus a great deal of his training on his legs, which is something that I find to be extremely unappealing. Although he does have a leg day, it is not nearly as productive as his other days.
His trainer claims that he is not very good at burpees and that he dislikes having to perform them. despite the fact that he did mention that Drake is game for anything other than burpees, Which is fine, as I would say that everyone has one thing in the gym that they don’t particularly enjoy doing. My exercise consists of one-arm dumbbell rows, which I do not particularly enjoy performing.
Drake Chest Workout
Drake warms up with push-ups, pull-ups, and the smith machine bench press. He likes to use a smith machine, which isn’t typical. Later, he does incline and dumbbell presses. Then he does cross cable flyes. So, yeah. 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
Drake Back Workout
His trainer said he can muscle up. Drake doing a muscle-up is unimaginable. Pull-ups, lat pulldowns, v rows, dumbbell rows, and deadlift are in his back workout. He posts many videos of deadlifts. Back exercises have 3 to 4 sets and 10 to 15 reps.
Drake Shoulder Workout
Shoulder day: military press, dumbbell press, shrugs, side lateral raises, front rows, and cable lateral raises. Again, 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps. The shoulder day isn’t confirmed because he didn’t disclose much and his trainer kept the routine hidden. Below is Drake’s workout routine.
Drake Biceps and Tricep Workouts
He frequently posts biceps and barbell curls. Drake’s bicep routine includes barbell, preacher, cable, and hammer curls. Tricep exercises include skull crushers, kickbacks, and dips. Also 3 to 4 sets, 10 to 15 reps.
Drake Legs and Core
Here, legs are less important, and he works on abs more than anything else. Squats, leg press, leg extensions, hamstring curls, calf raise. On leg day, he deadlifts. After that, he works more, but we know it’s just exercise and others. Cross crunches, leg raises, v-hold, plank, hanging leg raises. 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
Drake Diet Plan
Unknown. His diet is bogus. He eats more protein and fewer carbs.
The caloric deficit caused by the diet, which is assisting him in reducing his body fat percentage, has been maintained.
Throughout the course of the day, Drake downs gallons and gallons of water.
The Drake diet consists primarily of grilled chicken, salmon, and salad on a daily basis.
It has been brought to our attention that he does, in fact, supplement his diet with protein shakes.
