Brooke Lisa Burke was born in the U.S. city of Hartford on September 8, 1971. She is a fitness expert on TV, an author, an actress, and a businesswoman in the United States.
She is known for being the host of the travel show Wild On! on the E! Network from 1999 to 2002, Rock Star on CBS from 2005 to 2006, and She’s Got the Look on TV Land in 2010.
She won the seventh season of Dancing with the Stars. From season ten to season seventeen (2010–2013), Burke was a co-host of the show. In 2017, Burke put out an app called “Brooke Burke Body” that had workout videos with her in them. She went to high school in Tucson, where she went to both Sahuaro High School and Palo Verde High School, where she was homecoming queen in 1989. She went to school for broadcast journalism later.

In 2012, Burke had cancer of the thyroid. that changed her life and made her reevaluate what was most important to her.
Burke says that if she does it right, she can get fit in just a few minutes a day. She works out a little bit every day, which helps her stay in shape.
Burke works out in her living room if she can’t get anywhere else. She also uses the stairs, furniture, and anything else she can find. Using household items is creative and challenging, which is good for the muscles in your head. Her housework also keeps her muscles in shape.

She made the Brooke Burke Body app to help her stay motivated and to give her fans fun workouts. She got a promotion from this app, kept in shape, and stayed healthy. A lot of people who use this app also use it to stay fit.
Every day, Burke works out. She thinks that exercise is a very important part of being healthy. She says she doesn’t need to go to the gym, so the idea scares her even more.
Burke is very good at keeping her mind on a goal, like getting abs or a bigger booty, so she can get results without getting bored.
Burke does cardio exercise. She says she loves cardio, but you don’t have to work out for hours to look good, she insists.

Burke only eats between noon and 8 pm every day. For the other 16 hours, she goes without food. She says she’s tried a lot of different diets, but intermittent fasting is the only one that works for her.

Burke considered breakfast the most important, but she felt wrong once she drank bulletproof coffee. She has her first meal around noon, i.e., after working out.

Burke’s first meal of the day is usually a shake made of almond milk, dates, almond butter, MCT oil, maca powder, peanut butter collagen protein, half a frozen banana, and cinnamon.

She eats salads with healthy fats like salmon or a Cobb salad with avocados, bacon, cheese, and chicken. she eats green vegetables.

Burke creates her meals from veggies and herbs grown right in her garden.
Every day, Burke drinks a lot of water. She’ll drink it on its own, with lemon, or in green tea, but she won’t touch anything with sugar in it.
Burke eats mostly healthy food, but if she wants pizza, she will eat it. She has a glass of red wine with dinner sometimes. If she is feeling crazy, she will have tequila on the rocks with an orange wedge.
