When I searched for her workout, I didn’t find much; even her social media didn’t reveal much. I learned some of his habits from her top-notch account. Ava Max posts tik-took videos of herself singing in the gym.
Ava Max ran on a treadmill, and did curls, thigh abduction, and stretching. Ava Max may like cardio and weight training, but judging by her abs, she also works her core at least three times a week. The shows she does also contribute to her physique.
You can follow this workout and work out at least five days a week to get Ava Max’s body. It won’t be difficult. Consistency is key.
Ava Max Workout Includes:
Cardio
We’ll modify Ava Max’s tik-took treadmill routine for the cardio routine. You’ll do treadmill interval training to burn calories faster and gain stamina.
In this cardio workout, you’ll run for 1 minute and walk for 30 seconds. After stretching, you’ll do weight training, then an 8-minute cardio finisher with 30 seconds of sprinting and 30 seconds of walking.
Ava Max Weight Training
Focus on your core and lower body for weight training five days a week. Lower body and core muscles will be worked on six days a week. You’ll do four sets of each exercise and 8 to 12 reps per round.
Stretching
In the video, Ava stretches, so we’ll add a 10-minute routine to help your muscles and blood flow. Cover every body part when stretching.
