Alicia Keys’ workouts and trainers have changed over the years, but she currently does cardio, full-body workouts, strength training, and yoga. Alicia Keys works out five days a week for an hour to two hours.

Cardio

Alica Keys runs on a treadmill or outside for cardio; she’s even run a marathon, for which she trained for an hour to two hours a day. Alicia got used to and enjoyed running.

Now, it’s almost the same, but she doesn’t run for an hour. Every day cardio is 30 to 40 minutes. When she doesn’t feel like running, she bikes walks, and swims.

Full body workout

You’ve probably seen her post about her trainer’s workout. Full-body workouts usually consist of music, boxing, and body. You’re good to go, and the exercises change to make them better.

No routine exists, so I can’t tell you. Add jumping jacks, burpees, squat jumps, box jumps, step-up lunges, leg lifts, hip thrusters, fire hydrants, etc. Take the workout slowly and increase the level to your own pace.

The routine emphasizes isolation training and compound movements. Each day you’ll work on two to three muscles simultaneously, so no single-body-part training. You’ll train your core for 15 minutes daily.

Depending on how you feel, add it to your full-body workout or strength training. Train your lower body three days a week and your upper body two. Weightlifting can be a high-intensity full-body workout.

Alicia’s keys follow a five-factor diet plan, eating 1.8k to 2.2k calories per day.

She avoids fats, oil, sugar, bread, etc. She eats vegetables, fruits, lean protein, etc.

The singer avoids junk food, but she eats it once a week to avoid temptation.

Shakes and smoothies are her go-to snacks. So, that’s how to eat like Alicia Keys. Oh, and drink lots of water.
